Use Case Workflow

To begin, log in to Virtana Global View, open Custom dashboards, and then open the Executive KPI Dashboard.

The dashboard displays key information, including revenue trends, service availability, and cloud cost utilization. In addition, you can also view customer experience scores and overal service health indicators.

Severity is color-coded so you can easily spot issues that need your attention:

  • Green: Healthy

  • Yellow: Warning

  • Red: Critical
