Version 2025.10.1
New features
Confluent Cloud Support: This support expands Azure Cloud integration to provide observability for environments using Confluent Cloud. To set up Confluent Cloud to CO Prometheus, see Collect Confluent Cloud on Microsoft Azure.
Application Dashboard support for Kafka and JV: This feature enhances the monitoring and observability capabilities for applications running on Kafka and JVM within the Virtana Container Observability platform. This helps you quickly identify issues, optimise resources, and ensure your applications run smoothly.
Notable bug fixes
Here are some of the latest improvements and fixes:
Ingester restarts resolved: We've fixed the issue that was causing unexpected restarts.
Multiline exceptions in Promtail are resolved: You should no longer encounter these issues.
Viewing your logs is now smoother: We've made user interface changes to handle the last timestamp exception, so you can now view all logs over a selected time period in Log Viewer without any trouble.
See more of your logs: We've fixed the issue that was limiting you to viewing only the last 100 entries in the Log Viewer.
Customize your init container image: We've updated the Helm charts to allow you to specify a custom image for the init container directly through the
values.yamlfile.This release addresses several vulnerability fixes for the CO-North deployment.
Known issues
Out-Of-Memory error: An Out-Of-Memory (OOM) error occurs when opening two snapshots in GraphDB.
