Automated Execution

Automated action execution is a process of automatically triggering the action. The automated notifications (action) are sent over the communication channels, a desired workflow will be executed, or an ITSM ticket will be triggered as per user settings. The actions are based on the alert response policies when there is a condition match. A condition is a criterion used in the alert policy, e.g., the status of the alert (open, closed, etc.) or severity (critical, warning, etc.).
