Interoperability

The Nutanix integration supports both Prism Element APIs (v1/v2) and Prism Central APIs (v4). For Prism Element, a minimum cluster version of AOS 5.10 is required for collecting virtual machine metrics using the v1 API, while other data is collected using the v2 API.

When using Prism Central (v4), the integration leverages v4 APIs to collect centralized inventory, metadata, and relationships across clusters. Support for v4 APIs depends on the Prism Central version and enabled services.
