How Discovery Works

HNAS Integration connects to the Hitachi NAS Devices using the REST API protocol.

The entities discovered by the HNAS Integration and for which metrics are generated include HNAS File Device, HNAS Storage Node, HNAS File System, HNAS Storage Pool, HNAS Virtual Server, HNAS Virtual Volume, and HNAS System Drive.
