Virtana roles

The following roles are used by Virtana personnel to maintain and debug Virtana Platform.

Friendly Name



Virtana Support

Complete access to the system, including customer organizations

Unrestricted access to all platform resources as Support needs to be able to debug any issues on the platform

Virtana Contributor

Access to make contributions to certain areas of the platform

Virtana Read-Only User

Read-only access to the system

Read-only entitlements

Users have read-only access to all platform resources

Virtana Developer

Developer access to the platform
