Overview

The IO Pure Flash Systems Integration discovers storage arrays and related entities in Pure Storage FlashArray and FlashBlade environments. It collects and reports key capacity and performance telemetry, including space utilization and latency metrics, to provide visibility into array health and behavior.

FlashArray is managed by the Pure Storage Purity operating environment. The integration uses Purity APIs to authenticate, discover arrays and volume-level entities, and continuously collect metrics for monitoring and reporting.

FlashBlade is managed by the Pure Storage Purity operating environment. The integration uses Purity APIs to discover blade and file/object storage entities, then gathers performance and capacity metrics for those resources.

The integration can also connect to Pure1 using user-provided Pure1 API configuration. When enabled, it collects available cloud-level telemetry (for example, replication-related metrics) and maps it to corresponding IO metrics.
